Now that the King of Clubs has revealed himself in his full glory, the game finally begins. Much to Arisu's surprise, things are going pretty well.

With only a few minutes left in the game, the results for each team seems fixed. Arisu approaches Kyuma, and asks to shake his hand.

آریسو و اوساگی در دنیای واقعی و بدون هیچ خاطره‌ای از بوردرلند، با ریوجی، استادی که علاقه‌ی شدیدی به تجربیات نزدیک به مرگ دارد، روبرو می‌شوند.

بازی اول در یک معبد آغاز می‌شود. آریسو و دیگر بازیکنان باید قبل از اینکه همه چیز به آتش کشیده شود، مسائل ریاضی را درجا حل کنند.

همزمان با لو رفتن نقشه ری، آریسو برای زنده نگه داشتن تیمش دست به یک حرکت خطرناک می‌زند. در یک صحنه جداگانه، اوساگی و ریوجی با رگبار بی‌رحمانه‌ای از لیزرها روبرو می‌شوند.
